Our Story
At Soufflé our mission is to help restaurants succeed!

We have always asked ourselves, why is it so difficult for restaurants to stay in business?


Coming from backgrounds with industry leaders like Doordash, Otter & Lightspeed, we learned that poor & unpredictable market conditions were a major driver to restaurants closing down. Improving the industry’s success standards quickly became our why.


We set out to create a solution that would positively impact a restaurant’s bottom line; this solution is SOUFFLÉ RISE. It was clear to us food delivery sales were booming yet offering terrible margins. RISE is the perfect tool for restaurateurs looking at ways they can increase their profitability while staying competitive in any market conditions. Now restaurateurs can focus on what they do best – running their businesses and serving delicious food!

Originally Australian grew up in Bali & now living in Los Angeles. A successful entrepreneur with 8+ years in the restaurant tech industry.

After working at his family French restaurant in parallel of his studies in AI, he decided it was time to solve restaurant problems with AI !

In September 2022, Soufflé got accepted into Station F – Europe’s largest startup accelerator as part of their advisory offer. We received a capital stimulus and are currently working with Station F through 2022 and 2023. This accelerator program is helping boost Soufflé to the next level.
