Coming from backgrounds with industry leaders like Doordash, Otter & Lightspeed, we learned that poor & unpredictable market conditions were a major driver to restaurants closing down. Improving the industry’s success standards quickly became our why.

It was clear to us food delivery sales were booming yet offering terrible margins. In September 2022, Soufflé got accepted into Station F – Europe’s largest startup accelerator as part of their advisory offer. We received a capital stimulus and are currently working with Station F through 2022 and 2023. This accelerator program is helping boost Soufflé to the next level.
